Our Gold Package includes everything your Hot Tub needs and more! We fully drain the Hot Tub, which allows us to do a full inspect, clean and refit of the Jets, Filters as well as polishing the shell and cover.

Summer Set Up

If you need your Hot Tub ready for summer we ensure that your Hot Tub is prepared for a Summer of use including Chemical balancing and checks for leaks or any issues that could hinder the use of your Hot Tub in the Summer to come.

Winterising

But if you would like to winterise your Hot Tub we remove the water from the pipes as well as removing and drying the filters. We make sure that your Hot tub will be safe throughout the winter months so you don't have to worry.

Our Engineers

When you need one of our professional installers will come to inspect the Hot Tub to see what needs fixing. They will then go through the routine by testing the pH, temperature, valves and jets. Finally they will clean the Hot Tub using high quality products to ensure your Hot Tub is in peak condition. Our technicians are BISTA approved which ensures that they are knowledgeable and skilled so your Hot Tub is in great hands.

Whats Included?

  • Full spa System Flush, Pipe Clean & Drain
    The spa must be full of hot water ready for the hot tub flush Spa Cleaner
  • Jet Vacuum - Clean Inspect & Refit
    We will remove the jets where we can, wet vac out clean and replace
  • Filter Clean - Refresh and Degrease
    The filter will be cleaned of grease, oil and trapped debris with a 2hr soak
  • Shell Pressure Clean - Wipe out - Polish
    After draining we jet wash out and use surface gel cleaner and polish
  • Cover Wipe Clean and Polish Protection
    Your cover will be cleaned and treated with Aerospace Protectant
  • Outer Skirts Pressure Cleaned and Wiped
    For this we jet wash, wipe and check the condition of your spa skirt
  • Pipe Work Thorough Examination
    We will be looking for loose connections and leaks or drops
  • Pumps Checked and Tightened
    We check all the pumps and blower for wear and tear
  • Electrical Health Check
    Checking all connections to lights, pumps and main computer plus checking the heater
  • Refill, Test & Chemical
    Refill with fresh water test and re-commission
  • Full Report
    A full written report will be made on any worn or defective parts. A new filter can be replaced at additional cost. The customer must have the right chemicals available for us to commission the spa.
