How we deliver

We offer free delivery (Excluding Nothern Ireland and off-shore locations). The free delivery extendeds to all products able to be shipped which includes; Spa Chemicals, Fragrances, Accessories and Parts. Larger items such as Covers will have additional delivery cost. We offer express delivery in which we aim for next day delivery but cannot guarantee.

Professional

We offer excellent installation with well-trained, highly skilled technicians. We will make sure that the installation will go as smoothly as possible, we will contact you for details about the installation. From this information our technicians will use the required equipment and form an action plan for the installation so everyone knows how your Hot Tub will be delivered and installed. Our technicians are BISHTA qualified members, trained to uphold the BISHTA Code of Ethics and have extensive knowledge of the standards of Hot Tub delivery and the usable equipment.

Equipment

We have invested in the best equipment possible in order for the installation to be as easy and efficient as possible. The most common technique for delivering a Hot Tub is our Spa Dolley's. These allow the Hot Tub to be wheeled around on its side so it can fit through smaller gaps making it easier to move onto your garden. We can use large cranes which make sure that any garden is easy to get access to, cranes are used when the area is not accessible by a Spa Dolley or when a crane is just easier for the particular job. If you need new electronics at your home, we will fit a 32amp fuse into your house fuse board. From there we fit up to 10m of armoured cable to a fully waterproof rocker safety switch and then up to 3m of cable ready to fit your new Hot Tub.

Training

Our technicians will also show you how the Hot Tub functions as well as testing the Tub to make sure you will have the perfect bathing experience. This includes showing you how to keep the Hot Tub in peak performance with chemicals, cleaning products and balancing. You will also been shown how the Balboa control panel works and all its different functions. Finally they will fill your Hot Tub with water so it is ready to go as soon as possible. With life time training in store o telephone 6 days a week and live access to our Facebook training and advice 7 days a week.
